On wall clock time in multi agent systems
So, the PHASEONE[redacted] HF agent was revealed to have had "64H" . If "64H" stands for hours, why would that be sensitive IP?
Guess: Budgets in tokens are natural, but ultimately inferior to realtime budgets, espec for multi-agent swarms. That's the IP.

i would think it is total budget because many agents have 64 names would be weird if they all coincidentally had same remaining budget when they named themselves. also H seems pretty random or unrelated since other [big]/64 agents dont have it
